  1. Thank you! The officer even printed a copy of a page for me, saying ‘Congratulations! Your application has been recommended for approval…’. Hoping to see some movement in the case status soon.
  2. @Laure&Colin @Duggu @minivatreni Chatted with an agent and they had the generic answer that the officers have 90 days until decision and that my case is still under review, and the status will change once approved. I guess I will have to wait.
  3. I did not have a conditional green card since I applied for permanent residence two years after our wedding while I was in Canada. We are married for almost 7 years.
  4. I just found one filer from my field office in this thread who had their interview one week after me and they have already got their case status updated and oath is scheduled for next month.
  5. Hey March filers! I asked this question in the Feb filers thread but asking here since I filed really late in Feb. I filed my application on Feb 27, 2024 (marriage based under 3-year rule). Got scheduled for an interview on May 10, 2024 (FO Indianapolis). I was recommended for approval and the officer told me that I will receive a letter regarding the naturalization ceremony within 1-2 weeks. However, it has exactly been a month and there is no sign of the oath being scheduled. Even my case status on the portal hasn’t moved and is stuck at “Interview Was Scheduled”. Is this normal? Is anyone else waiting for their oath for more than 4 weeks while their case status is unchanged online?
  6. Thank you, I will call them in the morning and provide an update.
  7. @minivatreni Nope, don’t see this. The last case status is stuck at ‘Interview Was Scheduled’ notice which I received on March 26. I don’t mind if the oath is scheduled months out as long as there is an acknowledgment in the portal but no status update here concerns me.

  9. @crm2822 I also had a traffic ticket from 2017 and I answered ‘YES’ in the N-400 application and provided additional details. Since there was no place to upload the ticket and payment receipt, I did not upload them online. I had my interview on Friday and I took a copy of the ticket and payment receipt. They asked a question about the ticket but did not ask about the evidence of payment but it’s advisable to take the ticket copy and receipt with you. I was approved for naturalization.
