  1. I am aware, no worries. I'm going to be checking the actual cases from this year's N-400 filers on VJ. Anyone that has gotten to this stage is very aware. We've all been told by USCIS that they were actively reviewing our case since the minute we filed...
  2. Oh sorry. Removal of conditions form i751. In other words, the form you have to file to get the 10-year green card
  3. Just filed my N-400 online! I was on the forever wait after filing ROC and realized I was already eligible for naturalization thanks to the other ROC filers. Estimated wait time: 8 months.
  4. Just submitted the N-400. Thanks everyone for keeping us posted about your cases--that pushed me to give it a shot myself. For me, it says "Estimated time until case decision: approx. 8 months."
  5. Thank you so much to you both. This is super helpful!! Good luck and that sounds like a great plan, @apellica!
  6. Hi everyone! I see that some of you have had really positive experiences applying for naturalization or at least things seem to be moving forward down that route. Does anyone know what happens if you are travelling at some point between the naturalization interview and the oath? I have an international trip planned in December and in general I've been using my ROC extension letter + my expired green card. But idk if anything changes once you apply for a different process and especially after you pass the naturalization interview. Just trying to plan ahead given that I can't count with accurate timelines with USCIS and I can't be waiting forever haha. I may try calling USCIS to see if they have this info, but maybe someone here happens to know the answer. Thanks in advance!
  7. Wondering the same!! Mine says "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" for 380 days haha 😑 so active...
  8. If it helps, I got the same things you did and my online account has the same status. I guess it’s normal?
  9. Sorry I messed it up before. The other day it was only a notice of receipt. Today I received the actual NOA haha. So basically here’s my timeline. April 17, 2023 Package mailed via UPS April 19, 2023 Delivered April 24, 2023 Received Text (IOE) Case status as of 4/19: "Case was received and a receipt notice was sent” 4/29: letter saying they received it and that they already have my biometrics 5/2: NOA I-797 Now time to celebrate 😅
  10. the letters were the NOA i797c and the online account access. 🥳
  11. Getting 2 letters from USCIS today in the mail (according to informed delivery). Will update you later. It seems a lot of us are going through the exact same timeline. 💫 I can see one of them says USCIS already has my biometrics.
  12. Oh cool! I hope we’ll get something soon. Now it changed to “case is being actively reviewed by USCIS”
  13. I tried to edit my message but couldn’t so here’s the updated info: We sent our package on 4/17. My status now is: “Case was received and a receipt notice was sent.” Did everyone else get the same after filing? PS. my green card expired on the date that I filed I-751. I was too lazy to file 3 months in advance 🫣 I used to be way more diligent when all of this started hahaha April 17, 2023 Package mailed via UPS April 19, 2023 Delivered April 24, 2023 Received Text (IOE) Case status as of 4/19: "Case was received and a receipt notice was sent”
