    It’s an old account. You’re wrong about USCIS handling AOS they are working on my petition now. They are the ones who sent a RFE for I 864 I wanted to send the correct information without any mistakes.

    Good evening everyone, on my 2023 taxes I had 2 dependents, but now I don’t have dependents. Will USCIS go by the information on my last year taxes about my dependents, or will they just accept the current information no longer have dependents?

    Thank you for answering the question. Most of them like to take your question another direction. Yes that’s what I was wanting to do use my assets plus employment. I do have my 2021 transcripts but I have my reasons as to why I don’t want to use them. That’s why I was asking if I could use other income or assets instead of using my taxes
