    Good day VJ!, I always update here once in a while since this forum is my only resource throughout me and my children's process and I'm back again to ask questions. My 2 yrs GC was approved April 2023 and my children's 2yrs GC got approved November of 2023, I'm still anxious and wanted to make sure that I'm still doing the right process until were all done in this process. I believe its 3mos before my 2yrs GC expire, can i also file my children's GC or I need to separate mine and to them?. We have plans of travelling to PH next year or do the Cruise. I apologize if my English is not good and I hope if anyone can understand my question i always appreciate the help and advice. Thank you!

    K2 FTJ AOS (3 children) Mailing Address: Carol Stream, IL APRIL 29, 2023: AOS Packet Mailed MAY 1, 2023: Received MAY 12, 2023: Receipt# received MAY 12, 2023: Check cash out MAY 19, 2023: Biometrics was scheduled JUNE 7, 2023: Biometrics Appointment MAY 23, 2023: RFE (medical copies) provided each applicant's packet but downloaded another copies into their USCIS acc MAY 29, 2023: Evidence uploaded. OCTOBER 26, 2023: Evidence recieved & processed. NOV 18, 2023: (Saturday) ALL 3 FTJ (K2) AOS COA:CF2 APPROVED! ... WAITING FOR THEIR CARDS❤️🙏

    Thank you. I talked to an agent (2nd time) and the "Cuba" is a typo. When he checked one kid status there is "Cuba" however when he checked all 3 applicants there is no "Cuba" at all. The "no parents listed" are all 3 applicants issue not just one, however the USC can only make a call and verify if we need to list the parent's name with forms and evidences provided since he is the petitioner of all three applicants.

    Good day VJ, It's been 5mos now since my children's AOS application filed, now i open their accounts ( I check status every single day) and notice a message that says XXXX Adjust Status (Cuba). I called the USCIS about this and surprised that the agent can't proceed since his application has no parents listed. OMG. What is going on now? I don't even know which service center or field office to mail and send a request or ask about this situation. Why this happened?

    Good day VJ! My K2 children AOS was filed May this year, no SSN yet and my husband asking how it work if the kids has no SSN and he mentioned about ITIN for tax. He wanted to list their names before filing tax early nexy year. He wanted to know what is the process, cause i don't even know about that. I apologize if my words are confusing. Thanks!

    Good day VJ! We filed my K2s FTJ AOS 4 days before the 90 days entry. It's been 9 days we still don't get any text of receipt number, is that normal? When I filed mine its only 3 days I recieved my receipt #. Thanks!

    Good day VJ! This week we will finally mail my children's AOS paperwork and now I looked at VJs checklist and other topics that I need to provide a copy of my Affidavit of Suppport (K1/AOS)where my children are listed? Is this necessary? I couldn't find my Affidavit of Support copy instead my husband fill up each their own I-864 and I will be providing a copy of my greencard.

    I don't know exactly but as far as I can remember my husband told me the only border near from where we live is the Canadian border like an hour far. My children go to school and only go to the beach and parks on the weekends, so far that's our routine. And thank you, we still have another week to think about it and do the best that we can.

    We are panicking since we didn't expect to have an emergency that cost us a lot at the same time of filing their AOS. There are 3 kids that would cost us $3,420 and if the fees increase then this would take us a little bit longer (few months) to file. If this would be our only option (file late) for few months only is there any other forms to submit? Will they handcuff our children? I' will submit a copy of my NOA's and GC and SSN and a letter explaining why we failed to file before 90 days.

    Good day VJ! I would appreciate any legal answers here to my questions. My husband and I is about to file my children's AOS nextweek since their 90 days stay will expire in May 2nd. Now, in an unexpected situation (emergency) we need money and decided if possible we can file my children's AOS after a month or pass 90 days (money situation). I as a K1 has 2 yrs GC and my kids are FTJ. We are worried that they might be deported if we couldn't file in time. I'm all ears and Thank you! Carin

    Thank you. If you don't mind me asking because im a little confused of the whole process when exactly is the right time to apply for citizenship and the correct timeline or years because my husband(USC) has been asking me these questions. We got married on Feb 12, 2022 and wanted to make sure we follow the procedure and know what were doing. Thank you again and I appreciate your answer. Godbless!
