  1. Hello all, My wife's green card got delivered to the wrong address and has never been turned in to us, how do we get one sent to us and will the USCIS charge us again? We live together now in California, my spouse is from Colombia. We wrote USCIS and no reply as of yet. thank you all in advance
  2. Hello all, I am confused on whats next. My wife is here in the US from Colombia on I-131 visa now for one month. My question is she has not received her green card? Do we have to pay additional cost for it? I have search and not able to find the answer thank you all in advance. .
  3. Hello visa journey family I have a question regarding the I-864A , does our co-signer need just his tax return or does it have to be an IRS tax transcript report? and for how many years back is required for our spousal visa? thank you all in advance. .
  4. How can I go about using my savings in Lieu of earnings? This is for a I-130 Spousal Visa, from Colombia to the United States, thank you all in advance! 5/5/2023 .?
  5. Hello Visa Journey family & friends, On our IR 1 VISA NVC Has TWICE rejected my wife"s birth certificate and our marriage certificate , I am so confused as to why. I am the petitioner and live in California and my wife is in Colombia, we submitted both our original Colombian Marriage Certificate & her Birth certificate and had them also translated to English, notorized in California. Since this has happened to us twice I'm thinking the docs need to be translated to english notarized apostille done IN Colombia. This is so frustrating and could use some wise advise. thank you all and HAPPY NEW YEAR! .
