    Thank you 😊 My center was National Benefit Center at which you don’t know processing time. I came to USA with CR1, which usually requires an interview. I saw a Japanese person who got a GC without interview even through I-130 & I-485 process. Her American husband didn’t file tax return properly though. I do believe they’re doing the risk based approach.

    Thank you 😊 I’m still suspicious until the actual card arrives. It’s frustrating that we don’t know processing time for MSC cases. I hope your case will be approved soon!

    Ciao, my case seems to have been approved! The online status says “On January 14, 2023, New Card Is Being Produced. “ Today is still 1/13 though🤣 Yes, interview was waived. Visa Journey’s approval estimate was May 2024, so I didn’t expect this at all!
