    We are Potomac too unfortunately. They are taking 29 months as average processing time so says the USCIS timeline. Don’t go by Visa Journey one.

    Just going to throw this out here but what about reaching out to some of the universities in Kentucky? In Virginia, I know we have resource persons at the university level who help students navigate the immigration process for studying purposes. Maybe they can help you. Worth a try!

    As long as she doesnt have a ban you will be ok. My now husband was denied entry with ESTA too when we were going through the K1 process. He was fine once the Visa was issued. He was asked about the denial at every step so she should be prepared to give an answer. I have been told by others that most are not asked about the denial. Guess he just got "lucky". Maybe she wont be asked again about it. Anyway I think you'll be fine!
