Hi! Currently filling out the N400 Form and have a few questions and would love anyone's help!
For the Question that states "Have you traveled outside of the United States in the last 5 years?" My husband Moved here in 2019 via the K1 Visa before getting his green card. Do you include the time outside of the US before moving here in 2019 or only trips after? It states we count the day you departed the US and the day you returned. Technically my husband was here on a J1 in 2017 but moved back to Ireland. We traveled to see each other until he moved to the US in 2019 permanently for us to get married. SO wasn't sure before him moving here counted as traveling outside the US?
Also the question "Have you EVER been declared legally incompetent or been confined to a mental institution?" Would an Voluntary admission or a 72 hour psych hold count as a yes to being confined to a mental institution?
