  1. Hi All, My sincerest apologies if I’ve posted in the wrong place, it’s been a while since I came on VJ. I am a US Citizen through naturalization, and I am in the process of completing an I-864 to bring my Parent (Mother) to the USA. We completed the I-130 and recently received an approval. Her case is being processed at NVC in London, UK. I am currently stuck trying to complete the I-864, Part 6. My current circumstance are as follows: - Household Size: 3 (inc. Principal immigrant - Mother) - I am Employed - Current Individual Annual Income: $150,000 I checked the poverty guideline and I am way above the required 125% for a 3 person household. In Part 6, Item numbers 8, 11, 14 and 17 provide an option to use other household members income, however I have left this blank because I qualify individually. In Part 6, Item Number 20 lists my annual income as $150,000 (as expected). Question: In Part 6, Item Numbers 23-25, I am confused what to put for my total income reported from my federal income tax return because I file taxes jointly with my spouse. In earlier options of Part 6, I mention that my individual annual income is above the poverty guideline but to provide proof of this my income tax return is filed jointly with my spouse. Should I add the total from my tax return and hope the USCIS / NVC officer understands my individual income is above the threshold and I don’t need to include my spouses income or should I add my wife’s income to Part 6, Item 8? again, my apologies if I posted this in the wrong place or my question was long winded/ confusing. thanks for any help you can provide.
