  1. Well, problem is that in Kampala they only work on visitor visas and other visa interviews are conducted in Nairobi for Ugandan citizens.
  2. Hello guys, I just need some guidance on this. My fiance is Ugandan and she is supposed to have her interview and medicals in Kenya. So far we received our case number from NVC but it was sent to Abudhabi UAE rather than Nairobi Kenya, tried to contact the Nairobi embassy but they replied that they haven't received the case and that they are facing a backlog but if there is an open appointment date, NVC will book us a day( didn't make so much sense to me) so am dazzled and don't know what to do now .
  3. At this point we can't really do anything without our NVC case number. Once we get that we can begin paying our visa fees, DS-160, scheduling our interview and scheduling our medical.
  4. Hello Everyone, I got a SMS message today from USCIS. The message informed me that my I-129F has been approved and a letter with instructions will be mailed to me by March 12, 2024. This is definately good news.
  5. Congrats my friend! Things are moving faster than usual for you. I'm so happy for you.
  6. If you used a personal check or the credit card payment check your accounts. I sent my I-129F in July and received my NOA-1 on August 3. Only one month. You should get a text pretty soon and letter will follow after about a week. The whole NOA-1 process should take a max of about two months, depending on backlog.
