Thank you for replying. I know I can’t inquire about my case to the USCIS until 2026. I’m assuming this will be a good idea to do so I don’t get close to the end of my 4 year extension?
Hello all I’m just posting here since my October 2023 filing group isn’t really active but my last case update was November 2nd 2023.
i was just curious if many people are still waiting on ROC’s filed during this time? I hit the 2 year mark today and my case is still pending at the Nebraska Service Center. I’m planning on filing my N400 here this month as I’m getting very anxious about it 😂
thanks in advance.
Yes sorry, typo on the I-751, we do have joint bank account statements, beneficiary things, joint credit card, joint mortgage, etc all those type of things.
Hello all! I’m preparing to apply for my N400 online.
I wanted to run through the list of evidence I’ll be submitting and if it’s necessary. I do have a pending I-751 at the Nebraska service center that is approaching 2 years in a few days. I’ll be applying under the 3 years rule due to marriage. I just wanted to make sure I haven’t missed anything or any critiques are welcome!
