We meant online October 2006. Married Jan. 2007. Wife arrived in U.S. October 2007. Her daughter was 18 when we married. She is here on K-4 visa. Since she was 18 when we married she doesn't meet the definition of a child. Depending on who you talk to at USCIS you get different answers. As per one person at USCIS I have sent I-485 AOS and I-130 for daughter to same address at the same time. We will see if she gets approval.
