    No he does not. The approval notices reads that he is intending to Adjust status so he should submit i485. I have my doubts tho

    Hello community. I am an LRP. My son is 19.He overstayed his B1/B2 visa. I filed his I130 and just got approved. Can he apply for AOS in the US, or does he have to go to bis home country and get it from the consulate? Thanks in advance
