    Hi, a friend received his citizenship early last year. Early this year, he started the process to bring his minor kids here by completing the I-130 as his kids do not have US visas. We got a response back from UCIS saying his application is taking longer than expected to process as we were suppose to get the first decision today. Looking for any information as to how long it takes, generally speaking and any information on next steps
