Ok so here it goes..my story. My husband came into this country in '92 on Political Asylum. He moved from his home about a year after being hre. He did not do a change of address with immigration. They continued to send his paperwork to his old home. Because of his carelessness, he did not receive any letters to go for any of the court dates. On his records now it states "exclusion". He has been back home (Pakistan) since 2000. I met him through a mutual friend in Feb of '04. We married in March '05. Now when I came back to the US I applied for him through the I-130 visa. They received his file in Nov of '05. I have now realized that I can apply for K3 visa also and I did in July '06. SO now I am waiting to here something from them about wither case. I have not received anythign about the I-130 visa as of yet. But I was under the impression that they should have asked for some kind of evidence or something. But nothing as of yet and I keep waiting.....
