Mark and I met while I was serving as a missionary in the Philippines in 2015. He is a member of the house church I was partnered with. We became friends while I was there and maintained our friendship via FB messenger once I returned to the states. We began our relationship in May 2016. I visited him in December during Christmas break. This is when we knew we wanted to get married. I went back to the Philippines in July and we officially got engaged ;). This journey has been so hard but I know that it will be worth it in the end! I love my sweet Filipino man ❤️🇵🇭.
