  1. I hope she is aware that she needs to file a US tax return even if she's outside the country and include income earned in Lebanon? There is a tax treaty between the US and Lebanon so she should be able to avoid double taxation. As for sponsors - a third party sponsor needs to be a US resident, either citizen or LPR.
  2. How long will she be outside the US? Current PD for F2A visas is January 2022, so if she petitions for you now the wait time is likely at least 3-4 years. I can't speak to the part about filing while outside the US, especially if she is LPR and not citizen - I would think this would attract extra scrutiny at the very least.
  3. To add to this, if you think you already have one of the vaccinations but lack records, the clinic can typically do an antibody test which will serve as proof of already having taken a certain vaccine.
  4. This is fine, you can start an application and leave it unfinished until you are ready to submit as long as you touch it at least once / month, otherwise it gets deleted and you have to start over. The system will tell you which documents to include, but given your recent separation/divorce the other comments have some valid concerns.
  5. I don't believe there would be an I-877 issued for voluntary withdrawal, and you don't need to mention it to other countries if they are just asking if you have ever been denied entry to any country since it is not a denial per se and it has no negative consequences by itself. There will however be a CBP encounter record showing the circumstances of why you chose to voluntarily withdraw, and the DS-160/260 specifically asks about it, and the circumstances will be considered when issuing a new visa.
  6. Was it a formal denial with an I-877 issued, or just a voluntary withdrawal of your application for admission? A voluntary withdrawal still needs to be disclosed and explained on DS-260 but it's always good to be clear on the difference.
  7. There's no such thing as a lengthy I-94, each one pertains to one admission. The lookup will only show your most recent I-94. You may be confusing this with the travel history lookup, those are two different things. In any case, you should be seeing results from both, especially if it worked previously with the same passport number. Since you mentioned you are not actually in the US, I have seen reports of lookup issues related to browser time zones, you can try adding or subtracting one day to your DOB and see if that makes any difference for you.
  8. These systems do have glitches, but you should see something. I just tried it and can still see my last I-94 from 2017 just before becoming LPR with DT category as expected. Are you typing your name exactly as written in the MRZ of your passport? E.g. for given name you add _all_ your given names since Europe usually does not distinguish between given names and middle names. Also, do you get anything if you look up your travel record page vs. the I-94 lookup page?
  9. This page shows the prerequisites to be licensed as a registered nurse in New York State. https://www.op.nysed.gov/professions/registered-professional-nursing/license-requirements/pathway-5 Without a license it is unlikely that you would be considered for any such roles or visa sponsorship.
  10. In my case they didn't ask any of that, most of the interview time was spent going through the "Have you ever" section as well as verifying some additional travel since the application, I had over 100 trips outside the US in total for the 5 years.
  11. ...and to answer your actual question - yes, they will typically go through pretty much all of the "Have you ever..." questions on the form.
  12. She will be asked up to 10 random questions from the official list of 100, and she must get 6 correct.
  13. Strange about the 90-day comment, I misread it and the comment does indeed refer to the basic continuous residence, not the 3 months in state/district so this should have been no issue unless you had long periods of travel outside the country. For the fee reduction, did you include your spouse's tax return as well if you didn't file jointly?
  14. I read it as USCIS questioning if you have lived at least 3 months in your current state which is a separate requirement from the GC anniversary - did you recently move?
  15. The US does not know or care about debts in other countries unless they show up on the mandatory criminal record. (Yes - in some countries defaulting on debt is a crime, but the UK is not one of those)
