  1. it's like the south park episode where they try to get people to read the terms of service. surprisingly when I've been at jury duty they always ask for people who don't understand the english language so they can be excused and that's a requirement for getting citizenship.
  2. This is part of the SSA changes they were secretly trying to do that everyone is reporting about. It's delayed by 2 weeks now any maybe some other tweaks after the uproar when people found out. The downside is that it may never be clear so in the end you may just need to go to the office anyway. I think what not everyone knows is that even if your card doesn't have restrictions on it, you still need to get your status updated.
  3. Yes that's clear, "We" is referring to the couple. The section in the instructions is titled "Documents referring to you and your spouse" The citizen has always filed the returns and is the one gathering their side of the needed docs for evidence.
  4. We won't have 2024 filed yet by the time we file the n400, probably wouldn't be processed in time even if we did. For what we do have filed, we have 2 years filed jointly, but 1 is married filing separate because the spouse did not have their green card yet and was living abroad. Is this an issue? I know this is one of 3 items that they ask for, just wasn't sure if we had enough in the other categories and
