  1. Thank you all for the entertaining responses. i was quite literally just asking if the CO’s expected to see evidence of return flight at interview. I know now, that they do not. I only mentioned the dummy tickets/ itenerary because I had seen it mentioned in some other conversations but like I said it seemed sketchy. Never really considered it. My wife’s 2 sisters and a niece are trying to visit the U.S. from Manila in November. Interview is this Friday and we all understand the very slight odds. For the price of 3 tickets, it would certainly not be smart to buy them before getting visas. we will see what happens. Thanks again
  2. Does the CO expect to see proof of return flight such as reservations or flight itinerary? If so, what is the accepted way of obtaining that without purchasing tickets? I have seen multiple companies offering “dummy tickets” but they seem sketchy and from reviews not always reliable.
  3. So, I have 2 sisters-in-law and a niece who, if approved would be traveling together from Manila to the U.S. Each has filled out a DS-160 and each has listed the others on their applications as traveling partners. My question is, how is the interview handled? Does each one schedule online separately and list the others again in the interview request? Will they be interviewed together or separately?
  4. Trying to help my sister-in-law in the Philippines, fill-out her DS-160 form for a tourist visa. We had to stop after very 1st page so we SAVE. When we go back to RETRIEVE, we follow the directions regarding application ID number and security questions but it keeps stating that the information is wrong. I am 99% sure that it is not., but none the less, stuck. my question is, would starting over with another application be a problem, considering that her name and birthday (and possibly other identifying info.) are already in the system? it HAS NOT been submitted only just started.
