Hello, does anyone have an idea what is the next step to do.
On 03/ 11/24 My mom’s advanced parole (I-797) was approved and she traveled and came to the USA. She is currently in the USA.
On 05/20/24, a request for evidence notice was sent to me (and I did not receive but got notice in USCIS acct. I just saw it this week. The response deadline was 06/24/24. I did not respond because I did not see this on time.
On 07/09/24, I received an USCIS email notifying me that my I-130 application was canceled due to lack of response from my side.
On 07/13/, we received a USCIS letter denying my mother’s I-485.
