hi I am married to my wonderful husband for 7 seven years now. we have 3 beautiful children ages 6,5, and 3. I started working on his papers since December 2013. we got married here in US 2008. 2009 he had to go to Samoa to see his parents they were very ill and couple months later his mother passed away. To make our long story short me and our three kids have been traveling back and forth to visits my husband. he was scheduled to go Auckland NZ for the immigrant visa. The status as is refused and the consulate advice him to file I601 which is the waiver and turn it in to Phoenix AZ lockbox did just that couple of days later received and email stating our case been accepted and routed to Nebraska. I wonder how long will it take to process. Hopefully not too long. Documents are submitted Doctors medical reports of myself and so on. Anyway, I pray and hope all will come out in a happy ending.
