No. I haven’t touched it at all. Nothing has changed either. Should I skim through it and resubmit it? I just hope this doesn’t start the DQ process all over again and this time he’d age out. Should I even resubmit it or just let it sit like that until his PD is current than contact the embassy? Because he currently is locked in under 21 (F2A).

Hi, Can someone help me understand why the “IV Application” (DS-260) now shows a status of “Re-Opened”? LPR filed for her son. Kid turned 21 (including CSPA age he’s 21). However before he turned 21, mom had paid all IV fee’s submitted AOS docs, completed DS-260, had his interview at the embassy, etc. but was placed in AP. F2A retrogressed (his PD is still not current) - and now that I check the CEAC status it shows the Re-Opened status. see screen shot - that’s what it is. No other messages or emails or contact. Any ideas?
