  1. After getting citizenship, you should have informed USCIS about the change. This is what you need to do now you need to write a letter informing them that you have gained citizenship stating the date also copy your naturalization certificate place it with the denied application along with the letter of denial and mailed it back
  2. I wouldn't watch the progress on the website because they are currently processing persons who file in May2023 now. So I'm thinking by the end of July we should start seeing approval

  6. His mom was saying something about he started to smoke weed and said he was hearing voices and during that time was when dad sent him back. She told me he was never arrested or deported. So I direct them to the US Embassy. I’m just asking for additional information.

  8. His dad took away all his documents plus because he was eligible for citizenship upon entry. He didn’t get a green card. He enter the US as a minor to a US citizen.
  9. His dad put him out and he was homeless. So he was born in Jamaica but enter the US on a immigrant visa which would make him automatically a citizen based on the age, and the fact that his dad was a US citizen at the time of entry.
  10. Hey guys, I need your help. A friend of mine, son was sent back to Jamaica with out any way to re-enter legally, and without any proof of citizenship does anyone have any information as to how to regain entrance? It has been over four years and the dad is not willing to provide any kind of assistance. His first entry was at the age of 12 he was sent back when he was 26.
