My husband was deported on 12/14/12. We have been going through the immigracion process soce 3/26/13.
It seems there's delays in our process all the time. The i-130 took 323 days for approval. After RFE.
The National benefit center took... Requested more information as well. The interview was completed in September 2014.
We submitted the I-212 and the I-601. Again the Uscis processing time has been delayed. It's one thing after the next. I'm losing hope.
