I am a US citizen married to an Israeli citizen for the past five years and living in Israel. We have visited the US for a period of 1.3 yrs and Shai my husband overstayed his tourist visa and was denied a extension of stay, but we stayed anyway to fix details from my prior marriage.We are now working on a Green card for Shai and want to move back to the US with our 3 children.
