i met my fiance on a christian website in 2013 and came to visit me in Uganda where we had an engagement party with family and friends in early July same year.My fiance a US citizen filed for a K1 visa in mid July 2013 but unfortunately my fiance was once convicted of a crime in 2009. He recently received a notice of intent to denial unless he gives evidence of having no risk to the beneficially. However may fiance has no evidence to give, he is disappointed and at the edge of giving up.
