I am a US Citizen and applied for my parents in April with NOA of April 19). Two separate I-130 applications (one for each parent). On Nov 26 NBC transferred both the applications to CSV. Havent herd anything after that. I am assuming they are working on April Applications. Will keep everyone posted as the status changes.
