Hi, guys. Last week was our interview, everything went fine and pretty fast. My husband got approved! Now we are waiting to receive his passport with the visa by mail. Good luck to all who are still waiting. Hope everything be fine. It was a long journey 😁

Hi, we were asked to additionally submit w2 and proof of us domicile. It is written Accepted , but yo have to click and see if the new submitted documents are checked with green or it says submitted only. We got DQ 15 days after submitting w2s.

I live in Bulgaria for the past 3 years, I don't have tax returns. My sister qualifies, so do we both have to file separate I 864s? -
Hi everyone, After 3 years and 2 months USCIS finally approved our I130. Now our case is at the NVC. The past 3 years I have been living abroad with my husband. My question is can my sisiter (who is a US citizen and lives in the US) become my husband's sponsor? And do I also have to file I 864 although I do not have an income and do not live in USA?
