    thank you for your response. I also wondering if you can help me with this. Everyone in the petition papers were transferred to the US embassy except hers. We contacted the US embassy and were told to contact USCIS, we did and we’re told that its not their jurisdiction anymore. So we emailed the NVC and told us that they forwarded the papers to the US embassy. It is very confusing, we don’t know what to do with her case. TIA
