Same sex couple kept apart by DOMA, but now hopefully we can reunite via a K-1 visa. I am American and he is Thai. I have filed the I-129F on 7/22/13 and have received the NOA1 from the California Service Center on 7/27/13, NOA2 approval on 10/21/13 and Threedet got his Packet 3 on 12/7/13. He has returned the completed packet 3 on 12/12/13 and we are now waiting for his interview appointment.
