Oct 09, 2012: We applied for Ryzel's K1 Visa
May 01, 2013: USCIS set us a RFE (Request For more Evidence)
May 15, 2013: We sent back the completed RFE to USCIS
May 29, 2013: I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) - APPROVED.
Jun 24, 2013: Received Case Number from National Visa Center
Jun 28, 2013: St Lukes Medical Exam (Questionable x-ray, Sputum test to follow)
July1-3,2013: 3 days of Sputum tests done at St Lukes (then wait 2 months for results)
Sep 10, 2013: Interview at U.S. Embassy in Manila. We were told right there on the spot her Visa was approved but we didn't receive her Passport with the Visa Stamp for another week. When we looked inside the Visa approval date given was Sept 13, 2013. The Visa Expires date was Nov 27, 2013 (Visa expires 120 days after the last sputum test on July 3, 2013).
Nov 15, 2013: We entered the states.
We will get married on Feb 09, 2014... Ryzel's Visa expires on Feb 13, 2014 (90 days after entry).
