Dora had her visa interview in Jan. 2010 and did not get approved. I went back in February and March to visit her. Then I reapplied with a new petition in April 2010. They sent an intent to deny and I sent back a letter with the advise of my congressman's secretary. Then the petition was approved on July 1, 2010. Now we are waiting for Dora to receive her interview package.
