So this has been a long journey for all us. I've been on this website a couple of times and have tried to follow different cases to ours.
I submitted his I-130 and was rec'vd on Feb 12, 2012, it was approved on 05/29/12 because of some mix up with out paperwork we did not rec'v his interview date until 12/04/12 in CD Juarez. Sorry to say that he lasted about 5 hours in the interview just to let him know that he needed to submitted an I601. The I601 was rec'vd on April 03, 2013. Because its getting close to the 4 month point, I have been checking but it still says Initial Review. I would like to know if there is a number that you can actually talk to someone regarding an I601 and I would like to hear from other cases that has gone thur the same.
