Our Story
Mikhail and I met on a site called mingles.com about two years and six months ago. We chatted there for the first night but readily gave each other's skype names, and then used skype for always after that. We got to know each other and grew really close within eleven months. Then we decided to meet in Cancun, Mexico. He and I fell in love. For seven days we were living in paradise. We wanted to become engaged because we felt serious about each other. So he bought us rings and we made a little ceremony on the beach. When seven days was up, he returned to Russia and I to the U.S., with broken hearts. It was bittersweet. We gathered all the documents for the K1 and filed in March 2013. We were apart for ten months before I came to live with him because being apart was much too hard. I lived with him in Russia for six months. On January 15 he had his interview in Moscow. I was with him. It went fairly fast and extremely smooth. His visa was issued. On the 25th of January 2014, we left Russia and came to live in the U.S. We got married on February 19th and we've been living together happily since. I love him with all my heart and I know he does love me the same if not more!
