This is my second K-1 petition. In April 2011 I petitioned for a K-1 visa. We were approved in August 2011. October of 2011 we went to Kiev to do the medical and Nov 2011 we did the interview and received the visa. The interview was very easy, it took a total of about 45 minutes. January 5, 2012 we entered the USA at JFK airport. Due to some major family problems right after she left, she returned to Ukraine. Now we are currently waiting for our second visa with a NOA1 date of June 12, 2012. So i'm expecting the NOA2 anyday now.
