  1. You might want to change the title to something like "October 2024 Filers i-130 For Parents of US Citizen". This way it will be in line with the previous months titles. imo
  2. I know the feeling but don't give in to despair... though it is easier said.
  3. And He needs to refile as soon as possible before USCIS issues a NTA
  4. Thanks for the update. I ask folks to check the documents' tab always. In regards to the timeline on their website, pay no attention to that as it is woefully inaccurate
  5. This is certainly good news!!! Seeing this makes me happy... we are inching close to October 2023 filers!
  6. The fee schedule applies to all cases filed! It does not matter if you file in the States vs the rest of the world.
  7. Not to dampen your spirit or anything but the average processing time depends on the local center but overall it is averaging 12-18 Months to complete processing by USCIS.
  8. It's taking an average of 15.5 Months for USCIS to approve I-130s. With this timeline in mind, you are looking like February approval window. I hope this helps
  9. So far, we have not seen any updates from this thread. It is taking as much as 14-15months for approval to come in... So we have some days ahead of us.
  10. They are currently processing July 2023 filers. Per the updates we are getting from that month's filers. I hope this gives you perspective on the timeline.

  12. This is typical... considering that they are yet to process any of the petitions for the month in consideration.
  13. Another Month has begun and it is time to track all the I-130 fillings for February 2024. Please update the forum on the progress of your petition with USCIS and the NVC. Let us go through this journey together!
