    Good day, all! We are wanting to change the country of interview, but I don’t know if we can or how we can. My beneficiary is Venezuelan. We started with Costa Rica because that’s my native country and originally they didn’t require Visas for Venezuelans. However, now they do and there has been a huge delay in approval of visas. I am afraid she might lose her meeting with USCIS in Costa Rica because she is getting approved in time to enter Costa Rica. Please help 🙏🏼
