I got approved and am a US citizen since JUne 12th 2012 am in the process of sponsoring my spouse he is from Peru and here in the US any help/advice appreciatted .We call USCIS and get the generic info.I filed am I-130 when I was a LPR in APril got the receipt now I sent a copy of my NAturalization certificate last week JUne 14th 2012 to update the petition and thats where we are in the process :-)
WE Filed the I-485 and the I-765 late September got the receipts for both Husband has done his medical and Biometrics in October submitted the Affidavit of support also so now we wait . Husband came here legally on a tourist Visa that is long expired so now we sit and wait :-)Oh we got the I-130 approved a few months ago :-)
Now 11/12/2014 we file I-751 to remove the conditions..
