I am US Citizen and my fiance from India. Both are previously divorced. Filed for K-1 fiance visa in Nov 2011. Had several potential red flags in our case but we were very meticulous with our documentation and preparation. She appeared for interview today 6/15/2012 at Mumbai Consulate and was approved.
