    Just because he isn't registered, does not mean he isn't supposed to be registered. This is not a DIY case by any stretch of the imagination.

    And under this sheriff, a denial would NOT be a chance I would be willing to take by "spontaneously" adjusting status. Especially from a high fraud country. Nope, no way. Not me.

    CR1 is the far superior visa, especially in a high fraud country.

    Timeline between CR1 and K-1 is negligible. CR1 is a far superior and a far less expensive option.

    Just because you weren't told about AP, doesn't mean there isn't AP. Everyone goes through AP of some kind.
