I'm a US Citizen living in New York
his visitor visa expired prior to 9/11 and have not be approved each time he applied he got denied
I filed a I1-30 regret not doing a K-1 Visa, but oh well as of August 2012 we've been notified that we need a joint sponsor and if all documents is sent in timely he should be here for Thanksgiving
