    Hello, I am a US citizen and my father applied for a B1/B2 visa from Karachi Pakistan. His visa was approved at the time of interview; however after 60 days he got his passport without visa with green 221g notice and it says no documents required at this time. Is this normal? Can someone please advise? Thank you!!
