March 22 2004: Lai's birth certificate + certified translation sent to CSC
March 25 2004: Receipt of RFE response acknowledged online on USCIS site
April 05 2004: WE ARE APPROVED!!! Finally out of CSC hell!!! (Day 248 since NOA1)
April 09 2004: NVC receives petition, says it will be forwarded to the HK consulate within a week....
April 20 2004: Lai receives Packet 3....eleven days after NVC acknowledges receipt of petition!!!
April 26 2004: Lai submits P3
April 29 2004: Lai receives P4!!!!
May 24 2004: Scott arrives in Hong Kong for 2-week visit, after being apart from Lai for a YEAR
May 26 2004: Interview date
May 27 2004: Lai receives her visa!!!!!!!
September 10 2004: Scott flies to Hong Kong for the third time
September 18 2004: LAI AND SCOTT FLY TO USA TOGETHER!!!
