K-1 denied...

Hi everybody,

I really need help and advice from you. They denied my K-1 visa one year ago because I overstayed my previous B-1/B-2 visa with 3 years. Is there anyway I can return to the US legally? Thank you in advance for all your advice.

you overstayed by three years? I am not sure if a waiver would apply here. You should post in the waivers forum

Only by filing a waiver, which may or may not be approved.

How many different ways are you going to ask this? The answer is still going to be the same...

You needed to file a waiver...you didn't. You need to see a lawyer.

Daisy, if you really want help from this group:

1) Stop asking the same question over and over, and listen to the advice given (or don't).

2) Fill in your timeline.

Having said that, if you overstayed your Visa by 3 years, then that's very serious business. You should probably get an immigration lawyer involved.

I'm just bewildered that the OP didn't take the scads of advice that was given to her from the get-go.
