These are the questions that they ask my fiance

  • How dis we meet?
  • How do we communicate?
  • What type of job do I do?
  • How many times have I been divorce?
  • What type of Business do my dad do?
  • My mom and dad where do they live?
  • Do they still live together?
  • When was the last time Markus (my son) saw his dad?

That was it the man told Ranti to pick up his visa on Tuesday 27 he took my I-134,taxpapers

passport, and his documents.

4/10/07- I-129 Received Pkg

4/23/07- Received NOA-1

8/23/07- NOA-2

8/29/07- Left NVC

9/04/07- Received by Consulate

9/27/07- Pick up pkg 3&4

11/19/07- INTERVIEW DATE-APPROVED

11/27/07- Picks up visa

01/14/08- Leaves Nigeria

01/15/08- US Entry in New Orleans

02/02/08- Wedding Date

04/11/08- Send forms I-485 and I-765

04/13/08-Received AOS and EAD

04/18/08-NOA 1 AOS and EAD

05/07/08-BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT

03/26/09- Green Card

02/11/2011- Lift conditions file date

02/14/2011- lift conditions NOA

03/09/2011- lift conditions biometrics appointment

Thank you for sharing those questions. Those seem easy enough. I always cringe when I remember someone who said their fiance was asked about their sex life.

mailed AOS, EAD, AP: 8-22-2008

NOA AOS, EAD, AP: 8-27-2008

Biometrics: 9-18-2008

AOS Transferred to CSC: 9-25-2008

Requested EAD Expedite: 11-12-2008

EAD Card production ordered: 11-12-2008 changed to 11/17/2008 Why? (I hope it doesn't change every week!)

Received AP: 11/17/2008

Received EAD: 11/22/08 (Praise God!!)

AOS RFE: 1/29/2009

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009

Yeah, I cringe at that question, too. I guess the CO expects that if you are engaged, you're going to have sex. But not everybody does. Some do, some don't. My SO and I belong to the same religion which teaches abstinence before marriage.

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

03/25/2008 = Touched

04/23/2008 = Touched

05/05/2008 = Arrived at Consulate

05/12/2008 = Picked up Packets 3 & 4

06/24/2008 = Interview Date and APPROVAL

07/02/2008 = Picked up Visa at Embassy

07/05/2008 = Arrival in the U.S.!!!!!!!!! Met at POE in ATLANTA

07/06/2008 = Fly back to Salt Lake City Together!!!!

08/06/2008 = MARRIED TODAY!!!

AOS & EAD

08/23/2008 = Package sent via USPS with Signature Confirmation

08/25/2008 = Package arrived in Chicago

08/26/2008 = Check cashed

09/02/2008 = NOA1 for EAD and AOS received in the mail.

3-21-2007 - MAILED I-129F TO CALIFORNIA CENTER

3-28-2007 - RECEIPT WAS RECIEVED WITH NUMBER

6-04-2007 - I-129F WAS APPROVELED

6-10- 2007- A MAIL WAS RECIEVED WITH APPOVAL

6-22-2007 - A NOTICE MAIL WAS RECIEVED FROM NVC

7-11-2007 - PETITION FORWARDED TO US EMBASSY IN GHANA.

9-18-2007 – MY BABY SENT E-MAIL TO THE CONSULAR FOR RELIESING OF PARKET 3.

9-21-2007 – I CALLED THE US EMBASSY AND THE CO ASKED ME TO COME AND PICK PACKET 3 ON MONDAY

10-11-2007- PICKED UP PACKET 3 & 4 WITH INTERVIEW DATE
