Hey guys :) there already is April and May filers NOA2 to NVC thread so I decided to do the same for June and July filers since we are probably facing a couple of weeks of waiting for our petitions to get to NVC. Hope we can help each other here the same way we help each other on waiting for NOA2 thread :thumbs: Good luck to everybody :thumbs:

I just want to be part of the waiting for this fun bit of the journey instead of still having to wait for our NOA2!

June 20th 2007.....I-129f Sent to CSC!

July 7th 2007....NOA1

November 8th....NOA2

December 8th.....Packet 3 Received (Sent back 10th)

January 8th.....Packet 4 Received

January 16th.....Interview in London

January 20th....Flight to AZ via JFK, received temp EAD

February 29th...Civil Ceremony

March 10th...I485, I765 & I131 sent to Chicago

March 22nd....Received NOA for I485, I131 & I765 (All dated March 18th)

March 24th....Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated March 20th)

April 7th...Request for Initial Evidence for I485 (Received in MO on the 10th)

April 9th....Biometrics Appointment

May 30th...EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approved

June 7th....Wedding!!

June 13th...EAD Card & AP in hand

September 22nd...AOS Interview - APPROVED!

Nov 21st...Card Production Ordered!

Nov 22nd...Welcome to America Letter Received

Nov 29th 2008...Green Card Received!!!

Aug 20th 2010...Mailed I-751 to CSC

Aug 23rd...Check Cashed

6/21/07 - I-129F Sent : transferred to CSC at some point...

7/12/07 - Received date as shown on NOA1 Hardcopy

7/18/07 - NOA1

7/21/07 - Check FINALLY Cashed!!!

7/24/07 - Finally got receipt number off the back of cancelled check!

11/23/07 - Our first ever touch!

11/27/07 - Touched on website

11/28/07 - NOA2!!!!!!!!

I-129f was approved in 160 days from your filing date.

12/21/07 - Received at NVC and assigned case number!

12/27/07 - Case forwarded to USEM

01/04/07 - Case received by USEM

02/25/08 - Scheduled St. Luke's Medical Appointment 7:00 AM

03/03/08 - Interview at USEM APPROVED

AMEN DDKM!!!! :angry: ...I called VSC and they said they was just finishing up MARCH K1's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :blink::o I was like...You can NOT be serious!!!!?? But he sure as heck was! At this point, I am thinking MAYBE by mid to late December, July fliers, like myself will get a stinking NOA2!! :angry:

12/19/08- Check cashed by USCIS

12/27/08-Biometrics appt letter recieved

01/05/09- CRIS email notification-I-485 Case transferred to CSC

01/06/09- Biometrics complete

03/02/09- AP received via USPS

03/05/09- EAD received via USPS

04/27/09- Received CRIS email - Green Card has been ordered on 4/25/09- Petition Approved!!

04/28/09- Received CRIS email 'Welcome Letter' mailed

05/04/2009- Conditional 2 year Green Card received

We just got approved today so we are waiting for our papers to go to NVC :)

Congratulations to those ones who got approved. July filers, it's our turn now!

I was checking the timelines and there are some July, 3 that got the approval (NOA2), and the July, 2 ones - like me did not get nothing yet.... I know that there's no an order to follow but i've not get any touched yet, nothing on my USCIS account has changed or had an update. Hopefully by this week.

Yeah I think most people get at least one touch the day after they get approved. Not sure why. But yeah hopefully they sent us all out to NVC :thumbs:
