Attention: All Texas Service Center Applicants - Time to Contact Our Senators!!

Hello everyone,

I CANNOT BELIEVE the dates that just came out of the Texas Service Center (posted October 15/07).

Apparently they are working on I-751 applications with a receipt date of April 3, 2007!!!!!

:angry::angry::angry:

Do we have a case here?

We MUST get help from people who can "move and shake."

This is entirely unacceptable.

Thoughts?

:help:

I can't believe this #$%** I guess they lost a bunch of our files who filed in January, February and March. When will this end? I guess it may be time to contact a local Senator to vent on !! Hopefully someone will get a signal out of TSC.

I mentioned in a previous thread regarding the TSC that we have already contacted our Senator.

The moment I hear anything I shall post his reply.

Good luck!

*looks at our losers list* April 3, 2007! That's hysterical! I can't decide whether or not I want the ambiguous "6 months" back or not.

How do you find out what day a service center is working on a specific form? I have not seen this yet when i have searched.

I know that TSC works on I-751s on Thursdays that fall on an odd day of the month if there is a full moon.

*gives James a kick* :P

We have no idea what day(s) TSC are working on certain forms, but if you look up at the top of this page -- click on processing times, then click on Texas -- then you can laugh at where they SAY they are working on I-751s with a receipt date of April 3/07.
