hello to all...

I need help in figure out what to do now since I have e-mailed NVC the choice of agent on saturday!

Here it is what happened!:

Sep 17: NVC mailed DS-3032 and AOS bill

Sep 22: I, the beneficiery, e-mailed them the Choice of Agent

Sep 24: DS-3032 arrives in the mail

Now, my question is: can i fill out DS-3032 form and mail it to them even though I e-mailed them??

If I can mail them, Can I do overnight mail by UPS outlet in Canada??? or do i need to send it by canadapost?????

please help! If i can mail it to them then I am gonna do that tomorrow so please respond sooner!!!! :(

First check if you got a response as to whether your choice of agent by email was accepted or not. If it has been accepted, then there is no need to file the DS-3032.

10/22/07 Interview at US Embassy at 8:00 am

XX/XX/XX Visa Granted

11/09/07 Return Flight with wife

11/10/07 Wife and I return to American soil. Live happily ever after.
