My wife is close to recieving her K3 due to the fact that her I-129 was approved and is processing in Vancouver Canada. Our CR1 is also in process in Montreal. My wife will come here after recieving her K3 and we hope to go to montreal later on after it gets approved to complete the CR1 process.

After my wife gets here on the CR1 she wishes to go back to Canada 2 months later for an engagement ceremony for her brother. Will she have problems coming back to the U.S.? Does the K3 visa grant reentry or is it a one time entry?

No worries. The K3 visa is multiple entry, good for two years from the first entry.

K-3 is a multi entry visa, and as such the K-3 does not need to apply for AP for travel while waiting for AOS or CR-1 visa interview at the consulate.

When your wife comes back on a CR-1 she should get her GC in the mail shortly after arrival and can come and go as she pleases!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

When re-entering on a CR-1 the officer at the POE will stamp the passport with I-551 stamp, allowing re-entry and work even before getting the actual green-card.
