Do I have to use my mom's address in the US for all my correspondence AND as my residence address, or is there a point at which I can switch over to using our address here in UK as my residence? I'm staying here in UK with spouse until the Visa comes through, and my mom's address in california is where all the correspondence goes. I still want her to get correspondence because it's quicker than having it mailed here, but I'll be with him at the interview, so at some point they're gonna realize we're living here together. I am filling out the affidavit of support and just wanted to know if that's a big deal.

Is best to maintain your USA address to sponsor an immigrant visa, you need to show Domicile in the USA, changing your address to a non-US address can look like you are permanently living in foreign country.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
